Business Problem
Independent artist collectives often use separate tools like social media, email lists, and spreadsheets to manage artwork and supporters. This makes it difficult to keep records organized and track supporter activity and donations.
The collective needed a single system that could showcase artwork publicly while managing artists, supporters, and donations in one place.
Solution
The Vezoni Artist Portal is a custom Salesforce Experience Cloud site built with LWR for an independent artist collective. The portal allows artists to showcase artwork publicly while managing supporters, donations, and subscribers through a secure internal Salesforce application.
Project Details
These user stories represent the primary interactions supported by the Vezoni Artist Portal.
In this project, a Supporter represents the user role interacting with the public site, while Subscriber refers to the corresponding CRM record used to manage supporter data and donation attribution in Salesforce.

This wireframe shows the Guest contact flow from form submission to confirmation. The form uses Salesforce Web-to-Lead to capture inquiries while keeping the experience simple.

This wireframe shows the Supporter donation flow from gallery interaction to submission. Donations can be made without creating an account while Salesforce records and attributes each contribution.

This wireframe shows the Artist dashboard for donation tracking and engagement reporting. A Record-Triggered Flow matches donations to Subscriber or Lead records.
