Business Problem
Safe Paws is a nonprofit animal rescue organization focused on supporting and rehoming pets. They needed a centralized way to track donors, manage donations, and associate contributions with fundraising campaigns. Their existing approach lacked visibility into total giving and did not support consistent follow-up with donors, limiting engagement and fundraising effectiveness.
Solution
Developed an NPSP-based donor management system to centralize donor data, track donations, and link contributions to campaigns. Implemented record-triggered flows for donor segmentation and automated follow-up task creation upon donation closure. Built reports and dashboards to provide visibility into fundraising performance.
